The delegation arrives in Budapest on September 23. On September 24, we travel to Brno, where the delegation has meetings and activities on September 25th and 26th. We return to Budapest in the evening 26th. On September 27th, 28th and 29th, there will be meetings and activities in and around Budapest. September 30th, participants return to the U.S..

Budapest:
A block of rooms is reserved at the Danubius Hotel Astoria for the evenings of September 23, and 26th - 29th. Check out morning 30th.
Prices are:
September 23 (144 EUR/person/night)
September 26 to 29 (147 EUR/person/night)
Breakfast: 13 EUR/person

Brno:
A block of single deluxe rooms is reserved at the Hotel Barcelo Palace for the evenings of September 24th - 26th. Check out morning 26th.
Prices are:
September 24 to 26 (175 EUR/person/night)
Includes breakfast and VAT. Does not include city tax 0.85 Euro/person/night.
Please note that your invoice will be issued in CZK currency, according to actual exchange rate.
The participants can contact directly the reservation department on brnopalace.res@barcelo.com with password BANQUETBRNO after they reservation they will be sent the authorization form for the guarantee of their reservation.
Payment
Registration cut-off dates:
Early Bird Registration by August 20th, 2023 with fee $998
Regular Registration by August 31st, 2023 with fee $1,249
Limited to first 15 registrants.
There might be an opportunity to offset some of the travel, hotel and registration costs with the “Go Global Georgia” grant program in partnership with the SBA.

Payment includes:
Chartered Bus (Budapest-Brno-Budapest) and associated costs, two receptions (Brno and Budapest), tour and business excursions and miscellaneous organizational costs.
Payment does not include:
Overseas airline ticket, hotels, meals, taxis, and incidentals.
